Salary: £32,500 + excellent benefits

Overview: You will support and coach individuals to achieve CII Apprenticeship and progress their Insurance career. You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the role and sector.

A typical week:

  • Provide remote 1-1 coaching sessions
  • Review & feedback on assignments
  • Prepare learners for exams
  • Work closely with stakeholders

You’ll need the following:

  • 2 years Insurance sector experience
  • Experience of training or coaching others
  • Professional & clear communication skills
  • CII Certificate or Diploma Qualified (desirable)
