Salary: Up to £44,500 + excellent benefits

Seeking a strategic Programme Manager with a proven track record of delivering multiple projects and leading high-performing teams to success.

Overview:

Working as part of the leadership team for an experienced and well regarded Charity, you will lead a team to successfully deliver impactful youth and education related programmes across the UK.

A typical week:

* Oversee delivery of multiple programmes

* Lead & develop a team, ensuring outcomes are met

* Engage with internal & external stakeholders

* Budget management & team planning

You\’ll need the following:

* Senior programme/project management experience

* Proven ability to lead & inspire multi site teams

* An entrepreneurial & strategic approach

* Car driver with own car
