Location: Glasgow

Hybrid: 80% homebased

Salary: Up to £44,500 + excellent benefits

Seeking a strategic Programme Manager with a proven track record of delivering multiple projects and leading high-performing teams to success.

Overview:

Working as part of the leadership team for an experienced and well regarded Charity, you will lead a team to successfully deliver impactful youth and education related programmes across the UK.

A typical week:

  • Oversee delivery of multiple programmes
  • Lead & develop a team, ensuring outcomes are met
  • Engage with internal & external stakeholders
  • Budget management & team planning

You'll need the following:

  • Senior programme/project management experience
  • Proven ability to lead & inspire multi site teams
  • An entrepreneurial & strategic approach
  • Car driver with own car
