Overview:

Working for a leading Fire and Security training provider, you will support Apprentices achieve an Apprenticeship level 3. You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the training sector.

A typical week:

  • Deliver engaging & high-quality training
  • Provide guidance & feedback to learners
  • Carry out regular progress reviews
  • Ensure quality & compliance standards are met

You'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years fire & security industry experience
  • Experience training/coaching others
  • Confident communication skills
  • The ability to develop & motivate others
