Location: Remote (1-2 days per month in Manchester or London)

Salary: £33,000 + excellent benefits

Overview: Working for a global education provider, you will coach and develop HR professionals to achieve CIPD / HR Apprenticeships at Levels 3-5.

A typical week:

  • Provide remote 1-1 coaching sessions
  • Review & feedback on assignments
  • Prepare learners for exams
  • Work closely with employers

You'll need the following:

  • CIPD L5 qualified or close to completion
  • Minimum 2 years HR experience
  • Confident communication skills
  • A passion for coaching, training, mentoring
