Seeking a passionate and experienced commercial management professional with a keen eye for detail and ability to lead an income-generation function.

Overview

Working for a leading grammar school, you will manage the school\’s income generation strategy (including lettings, sponsorships, partnerships, and grant funding), lead a small team and advise senior leaders on commercial venture opportunities.

A typical week

• Identify new income-generating opportunities
• Lead on the management of the School Shop
• Monitor budgets, ensure full compliance, and mitigate risks
• Develop relationships with local stakeholders

You\’ll need the following

• Experience in a commercial, finance, or business development role
• Analytical proficiency and financial literacy
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Education, local government, or charitable sector experience (desirable)
