Salary: Up to 50,000 + excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent, full time (Mon-Fri, 37 hours per week)

Overview: You will support Apprentices achieve a level 3 Fire and Security Apprenticeship. To support your transition into the training sector you will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training with the opportunity to complete a training qualification.

A typical week:

  • Deliver engaging & high-quality training
  • Provide guidance & feedback to apprentices
  • Carry out regular progress reviews
  • Ensure quality & compliance standards are met

You’ll need:

  • 3 years fire & security systems industry experience
  • Experience training/coaching/developing others
  • Confident communication & presentation skills
  • Committed to a career change into training role
