We are seeking an engaging Apprenticeship Management Coach with proven operational leadership experience and a genuine passion for empowering leaders to achieve success.
Overview:
You will deliver Management and Team Leading programmes to large cohorts before the funding cut off, with longer term transition to Digital and AI programmes and units as the funding landscape changes.
A typical week:
- Manage caseload of L3/5 Apprentices
- Deliver online coaching sessions
- Review, monitor & evaluate learner progress
- Plan & prepare tailored coaching sessions
You'll need the following:
- L3/5 Management Apprenticeship delivery experience
- Operational leadership industry experience
- Confident & professional communication skills
- Happy with future move into AI/Digital programmes
- No more than a 1 month notice period
