Overview:
Working for a global education provider, you will coach and develop HR professionals to achieve CIPD / HR Apprenticeships at Levels 3-5.
A typical week:
- Provide remote 1-1 coaching sessions
- Review & feedback on assignments
- Prepare learners for exams
- Work closely with employers
You’ll need the following to be considered:
- CIPD L5 completed within last 3 years or close to completion
- Minimum 2 years HR experience
- Confident communication skills
- An interest/experience in coaching, training, mentoring
- Experience or knowledge of Apprenticeships (desirable)
