Overview: Balancing culinary expertise with high-level presentation skills, you will lead culinary development to ensure successful launches of new brands into an established and highly successful national network.

A typical week:

  • Develop culinary products & processes
  • Manage the development of innovative food concepts
  • Conduct thorough market research & trend analysis
  • Uphold rigorous food quality standards

You’ll need the following:

  • Significant recipe development experience
  • Experience from meal-box sector or similar
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Culinary Arts or Nutrition degree (desirable)
