We are looking for a bright and capable Accounts Administration Assistant to join our Finance team in a fixed term role based in our Head Office in Kingston Bagpuize, Oxfordshire. The finance function sits at the heart of the business, not only controlling and reporting financial performance as custodians of a Β£130m revenue / Β£40m profit business, but also constantly evolving and adapting to the business' growth aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve employee expenses on our expense platform
- Set up employee expenses payment runs on our finance system
- Monthly reconciliation of the company credit cards
- Ensure prompt and accurate submission of all company timecards
- Providing ad-hoc administration support such as helping input purchase ledger invoices when demand requires
The role will report to the Finance Manager, however it will require regular interaction with the Finance Operations team to ensure priorities are aligned.
Requirements
