Our Early Careers Recruitment team plays a pivotal role in helping Newton to achieve its ambitious growth plans. We are looking for someone who wants to take key responsibilities within the team and has the drive and passion to share their ideas in how we can keep improving our Early Careers Process.

As the Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator, you\’ll be focussing primarily on the Attraction side of our process. You\’ll be heavily supporting the Early Careers Recruitment Specialist and will be reporting into the Early Careers Recruitment Lead. You\’ll be responsible for developing compelling content, managing digital channels, and enhancing candidate engagement from first contact through to onboarding. This is a unique opportunity to blend project management, problem-solving, and creativity in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You won\’t be expected to know everything on day one – we\’ll support your development and help you grow into the role.

Key Responsibilities And Ownership Areas

Content creation and Digital Channel Management

  • Lead the creation of engaging, on-brand content (e.g. social media posts, user-generated content, webinar materials)
  • Project manage the production of larger assets (e.g. website videos, hero content), working closely with our Employer Brand team and agencies to ensure timely delivery and high quality
  • Collaborate with agencies to execute our social media strategy, including planning, scheduling, and optimising posts
  • Monitor content performance across platforms and use insights to continuously improve reach and engagement

Talent Pipelines

  • Develop and implement strategies for building a future talent network and talent community for Newton
  • Track performance and continuously evolve how we connect with and excite our future talent community
  • Co-develop our newsletter and email communication strategy, including content planning and scheduling

Candidate Experience and Offer Holder Engagement

  • Develop a seamless and engaging candidate journey from application to onboarding
  • Own the offer holder experience, including communications, engagement initiatives, and event delivery
  • Identify and implement improvements to the selection process to enhance candidate satisfaction

We offer a highly competitive salary (£32k – £36k) and our generous benefits package includes Life Assurance, Income Protection, pension contributions and 25 days holiday (not including bank holidays). We also operate a profit share scheme so that our people share in the success of the business. The profit share bonus is based on company performance and typically paid out in March and September.
