The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.
We have ambitious targets of 20% growth per year and our Early Careers team plays a pivotal role in helping Newton to achieve its ambitious growth plans. As an Early Careers Attraction Co-ordinator, you will work closely with the Early Careers Team to support a range of activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Attraction & Engagement
- Assist in the creation and execution of recruitment campaigns across multiple channels (university fairs, job boards, website, social media channels)
- Maintain strong campus relationships by attending university events, careers fairs and other recruitment-related activities
- Ensure candidates are engaged throughout the process, supporting our in-depth "keep warm" activities in a timely manner
- Build and nurture relationships with students in our talent pools
- Work closely with the brand and marketing team as well as our marketing agency to ensure seamless execution of our attraction strategy
- Manage and liaise with multiple external suppliers for event logistics, branded merchandise creation and transportation
- Events
- Attend events across the UK when required; these could be careers fairs, skills sessions, alumni events, mock assessment centres, student society events etc
- Oversee event administration, including booking, shipping logistics, business representation and clothing
- Manage student sign up lists and any pre-screening requirements to specific events
- General
- Responsible for training up temporary support staff that might join during the peak university recruiting season
- Help gather data and prepare reports when needed to help analyse campaign performance
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the team to help continuously improve the team’s capability and performance
- May be required to provide ad-hoc support across the wider Early Careers team, including involvement in elements of the selection and assessment process where needed
Requirements
- Experience in related roles, such as administration or customer service, is recognised but not required.
- Our recruitment campaign is delivered with a hybrid approach so experience and proficiency using Microsoft products – Excel and Teams in particular – would be beneficial as well as the ability to grasp new systems quickly.

If you are travelling for work, Newton will reimburse your travel expenses in full, in line with our expenses policy. When appropriate, and with approval from your line manager, Newton will cover the cost of accommodation the night before the interviews. We can expense travel via public transport, or as mileage. You do not need a driving licence for this role.
