We are hiring a Country Manager to lead Newton’s entry and expansion in Europe. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for a self-motivated individual who understands the mobile app ecosystem and can operate independently to build market traction. As our first hire in Europe, you will wear multiple hats: business development, client management, local strategy, and market enablement. You’ll represent Newton to prospective clients and partners, with the full support of our global sales, product, and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth & Sales
    • Own the go-to-market strategy for Newton in Europe.
    • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of iOS app developers, agencies, and enterprise marketers.
    • Drive end-to-end sales cycles: from prospecting, pitching, and demos to closing and onboarding.
    • Meet or exceed growth and revenue targets for the European market.
  • Market Development
    • Build awareness of Newton through events, webinars, and industry networking.
    • Identify strategic partnership opportunities with mobile ad networks, MMPs, publishers, and local app communities.
    • Analyze competitive dynamics and user behavior trends to localize pricing, positioning, and offerings.
  • Client Success & Retention
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing support by coordinating with our global customer success teams.
    • Act as the voice of the customer, relaying feedback and insights to our product and engineering teams to enhance localization and performance.
  • Operational Execution
    • Take full responsibility for local operations including light-touch compliance, reporting, and coordination with Affle HQ.
    • Represent the Newton brand with professionalism, local fluency, and strategic clarity.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, ad tech, mobile app growth, or B2B SaaS—preferably with a strong sales or partner development track record.
  • Deep understanding of Europe’s mobile-first economy and app landscape, especially in verticals like Gaming, eCommerce, Fintech and OTT.
  • Proven ability to close complex deals with marketing leaders, CMOs, or growth teams.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a lean setup while coordinating with distributed global teams.
  • Familiarity with Apple Search Ads, MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust), and mobile attribution is a strong plus.
  • A passion for AI, automation, and intelligent marketing solutions.
