Reporting to the Business and Change Manager, this role forms part of the Customer Onboarding Team and involves processing property sales for the Glasgow Head Office. This role within the Newton Property Management team presents an opportunity to join our vibrant and dynamic business.
Main responsibilities:
- Receiving solicitor requests for factoring information at point of sale.
- Ensuring sales checklists are completed by Property Management Team.
- Emailing factoring information to solicitors.
- Obtaining confirmation of sales and processing same.
- Preparation of welcome letters and packs (if applicable) for new customers.
- Responding to all solicitor enquiries regarding sales, both by email and telephone.
- Responding to all post sale enquiries from solicitors and/or exiting owners regarding the final accounting process/float payments.
- Filing paperwork on completion.
- Support with issuing of quarterly common charge accounts to customers.
- Keeping customer records up to date.
- Any other general support/admin duties as and when required.
KPIs:
- Customer Satisfaction (complaints % and survey/interviews)
- Response Times (% delivery vs target)
