Base pay range Role: As a leading property management company, Newton Property Management is seeking a Technical Services and Compliance Administrator to ensure Newton is compliant, whilst providing an exceptional service to our customers. Reporting to the Head of Technical Works and Insurance Services, this position has responsibility for supporting the department by carrying out administrative tasks and communicating between colleagues and contractors. Main responsibilities: Technical Works Certification Responsible for day-to-day co-ordination and maintenance of our certification and contractor documentation database. Working with contractors and instructing works for all certificated systems. Working with the Property Management team to ensure seamless communication of issues arising from certification. Working with the Property Management team on certification problem solving. Producing export reports from our database to demonstrate KPI performance relating to % target certification. Contractor Registration, Insurances & Technical Competences Responsible for ensuring contractor registration documentation is up to date. Ensuring contractor competencies are completed where appropriate. Ensuring that the database of contractors insurances are up to date. Pursuing contractors for insurances where necessary. Specific skills, capabilities & requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role. Ability to work well as part of a team. Ability to work to targets. Strong attention to detail. Great organisational skills. Previous experience using a CRM based system is preferable, but not essential.
