Newton Prep seeks a proactive HR Manager to elevate people practices across the school. You will lead employee relations, policy compliance, recruitment, onboarding and performance management, partnering with senior leaders and the Governing Body.
The role requires CIPD qualification (Level 5 or 7 or equivalent), excellent communication and organisation, and a track record in HR within schools or similar environments.
