We are supporting an international residential real estate investment company based in Central London. This is a great opportunity to join a young, dynamic and thriving business that is growing rapidly. They are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Head of Legal.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role based in Central London. You will be required in the office 5 days a week for the first three months with some flexibility with hybrid working thereafter.

You will be working for a friendly and dynamic team working in real estate investment and your responsibilities will include:

  • High levels of document execution
  • Producing and verifying reports
  • Checking data
  • Uploading monthly and quarterly valuation data
  • Ensuring the timely and smooth running for the execution of documents
  • Gaining signatories and liaising with legal regarding amendments
  • Finance admin
  • Traditional PA duties including diary management, inbox management and travel

The ideal candidate will have very strong admin and organisational skills and experience within property, legal or financial sectors would be desirable. You should be meticulous, work accurately under pressure and have a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

Salary £40k plus discretionary bonus.
