An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Interior Designer to join a well-established Architecture and Interior Design business at Associate level. This is a full-time role based in South Buckinghamshire. They are offering a competitive salary and bonus as well as the opportunity to progress to Director level. They are well-known for high-end residential projects in the Home Counties and London.

The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years’ experience in high end residential interior design. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be leading and contributing to the entire design process, from initial concept to final handover.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing relationships with clients, ensuring effective and clear communication throughout each project.
  • Preparing detailed design packages including technical drawings, specifications, and other supporting documentation.
  • Conducting site visits and presentations, offering real-time design solutions and problem-solving through sketches.
  • Ensuring all designs adhere to relevant standards, regulations, and client expectations.
  • Working collaboratively with internal design and contractors to maintain high standards.

What they are looking for:

  • Previously worked as an Interior Designer, Interior Architect, Architectural Designer, Designer, Architect or in a similar role within residential.
  • Skilled in Autocad, SketchUp and 3D visualisation at a high level.
  • Experience and willingness to do layouts, detailing and moodboards.
  • Sound experience with client and contractor liaison.
  • Onsite job running and contractor experience.
  • Business running experience ideal but not essential.
  • You will have drive and willingness to progress your career to the point of running the business.
