An exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant with corporate experience to join a successful and growing private investment firm based in the West End. You will be joining a supportive but busy team who require a proactive, problem-solving individual who is quick to learn. Full training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the team. This is a varied role including reception cover, facilities, office assistant duties, and ad-hoc project support.

The ideal candidate will have some experience within a professional services or corporate environment. They will be personable and dynamic, with a can-do attitude and the ability to tackle tasks autonomously. Some responsibilities will include:

  • Reception cover and additional support when required on other floors.
  • Ownership of stationery orders and maintenance of stationery cupboards.
  • Taking responsibility for office presentation.
  • General ordering of regular consumables, including first aid supplies.
  • Updating courier, post, and travel inventories.
  • Assisting with onboarding.
  • Acting as Fire Marshal / First Aider (training will be provided).
  • Assisting with office Health & Safety.
  • Ordering catering where appropriate.
  • Providing ad-hoc assistance with laminating and binding documents during busy periods.
