We are recruiting on behalf of a mortgage brokerage specialising in providing trusted financial solutions for later life. You will be working with a dynamic team who are passionate about delivering a personalised and consultative service and building long-term relationships with their large network of clients.

About the Role: They are looking for a qualified Equity Release Mortgage Broker to join their dynamic team. You will provide expert advice on lifetime mortgages and equity release products to clients aged 55+, guiding them through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

What You Will Do:

  • Offer whole-of-market advice on equity release and lifetime mortgage products.
  • Conduct client consultations to assess needs and suitability.
  • Recommend tailored solutions in line with FCA regulations.
  • Manage applications and liaise with lenders, solicitors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance.
  • Build long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • CeMAP or CeRER qualified (CeRER essential).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in mortgage or equity release advising.
  • Strong knowledge of lifetime mortgages, home reversion plans, and inheritance protection.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • FCA-authorised or working under an authorised firm.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with CRM systems and digital onboarding.
  • Knowledge of estate planning and retirement strategies.
  • A consultative sales approach.
