Our client provides specialist training for financial services companies. This role requires some previous experience in marketing in order to support campaigns and sales processes. There will also be the opportunity to assist with sales administration, operations and customer support. This is a varied and involved role including creating marketing campaigns, designing and formatting email templates, maintaining and updating the website, coordinating events, launches and promotional campaigns.

As well as assisting in marketing you will also support the wider team with administrative tasks, lead management, sales reporting, and data administration. You will also help improve sales processes and tracking systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with email and automation tools e.g. Pardot/Salesforce or similar
  • Experience with CRMs
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a small, fast-moving company
  • Experience with paid media e.g. LinkedIn & PPC ads
  • Basic design skills e.g. Canva, or similar
  • Event management/coordination
