Overview
PA to Clerk (CEO) – Historic City Livery Company. This is a unique opportunity for a highly organised and socially confident Personal Assistant to support the Clerk (CEO) of a historic City Livery Company with charitable interests.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s diary and oversee the smooth day-to-day running of a small office, acting as the first point of contact and maintaining records, filing systems and office supplies.
- Work closely with the CEO on a programme of events, including the planning and delivery of formal functions, lunches and dinners for members.
- Provide additional support to the Charity Officer in organising the annual conference.
Qualifications
- Proactive and capable of coordinating the annual programme of events.
- Strong administrative and IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel and databases.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills; the role is highly member-facing with regular engagement with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Previous PA experience supporting senior executives or board-level leaders is preferred, particularly within the arts, charitable, heritage or education sectors.
- Strong organisational abilities and proven event management experience are essential.
Work Arrangement
This role is office-based for four days per week, with one day working from home.
