WorkingcloselywiththeHeadofEventsyou'lltaketheleadonabroadrangeofmarketingactivitiesdesignedtogenerateenquiries,attractprofitableeventsandmaximisethevenue'sdiarythroughouttheyear.Thisisahandsonroleforsomeonewhounderstandstheeventsindustry,knowshowtoturngreatmarketingintonewbusinessandenjoysworkingaspartofaclose-knitteam.
Whatyou'llbedoing
You'llcreateanddelivermarketingactivitytotargetappropriateclients.Yourresponsibilitieswillinclude:
- Developingdigitalandprintcampaignstogenerateneweventbusinessandcreatingengagingcontent.
- Identifyingnewmarketingopportunitiesandroutestomarket
- Managingmarketingmaterials,photographyandvenuecontent
- Supportingshowcaseeventsaswellasattendingindustryandtradeevents
You'llalreadyhavemarketingexperiencewithintheeventsindustryandunderstandhowtomarketavenuetogeneratecommercialbusiness.Experienceineventplanning,cateringorvenueoperationswouldbeabonus,butit'snotessential.
