The Role
- Lead and develop the lettings and property management department.
- Manage and grow the residential lettings portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Identify opportunities to increase new business and revenue.
- Provide exceptional service and advice to clients.
- Ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation.
- Oversee maintenance, contractors and property management processes.
- Manage rent reviews, renewals and performance opportunities.

About You
- Proven experience within lettings and/or property management.
- The confidence and ability to take responsibility and lead.
- A strong understanding of current lettings legislation.

- High standards and pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
