Product Development Manager – Neurotechnology Newton Colmore is working with a growing medical devices company in Cambridge and we are assisting them in their search for a product development manager. This is a key role for the company, as they look to add more structure to their design team, and you will be leading development projects on technology that aims to interact with the nervous system to diagnose, monitor, and treat hard-to-treat conditions. As well as managing projects, and a team, you will also be manging internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are on time and within budget. You will also have responsibility for mentoring the next generation of engineers and scientists working on your team and help shape future development pipelines. There will also be some commercial aspects to the role, collaborating with suppliers, distributors and people that will need to understand the capabilities of the technology.
