A company in Cambridge are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join them, due to company growth.

You will be working on developing new Medical Devices to ISO 13485 standards.

You will be working alongside other Mechanical Engineers, CAD Engineers, Electronics Engineer, Physicists and Scientists to help develop the latest Electro-Mechanical Medical Devices.

It is expected that you would have worked on the successful development of brand-new Medical Devices previously, specifically to ISO 13485 standards.

Although we are not looking for a specific number of years of experience, the company are happy to interview people with between 2-10 years experience, however, may consider someone more senior also.

The company provide state of the art laboratories and workshops to help you succeed with your development of complex medical devices.

It is expected that you would hold a Mechanical Engineering degree from a leading university along with a number of years of industry experience in the Medical Devices sector to ISO 13485.

If your Mechanical Design experience has been within another highly regulated field, we would be open to speaking with you, such as Life Sciences, aerospace or similar.

Specifically, working on complex handheld technologies, microfluidic technologies or another highly complex technology type.

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, however understand if the right person has a three-month notice period and will wait as long as it takes.
