A rapidly growing medical device innovator is seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer to help drive the development of a genuinely industry‑disrupting technology. Based on‑site in Raleigh, North Carolina, you will play a central role in advancing next‑generation medical devices that improve patient lives.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with physicists, mechanical engineers, scientists, and other specialists to design, refine, and optimise complex medical technologies.
- Contribute to both the development of new devices and the enhancement of existing systems.
Qualifications
- Proven background in the design and development of medical devices with a strong understanding of ISO 13485, IEC 62304, and EN 60601 standards.
- Experience working on electronics‑centric medical technologies is essential.
- Exposure to wearable medical devices or systems that interface with smart devices would be advantageous.
- A degree in electronics, physics, or a related discipline that has enabled you to specialise in electronics hardware design for medical devices is expected.
Location and work arrangement
This is an on‑site role based in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role is five days per week on location; hybrid or remote working is not available.
