We are working with a Chorley based tech company, a leader in their field, located in brand new state of the art offices right next to Buckshaw Parkway train station. This role offers hybrid working.

You will be joining a service desk team based in Chorley within modern open plan offices, providing support to a UK wide client base, dealing with around 15 to 25 calls per day where your customer care skills will be the foundation of the customer experience.

Throughout your time on the Service Desk, you will naturally be upskilled to give you the knowledge to further expand your technical ability. The role provides a great opportunity for career progression moving from a Tier 1 to Tier 2 position within 18 months, or to other positions within the wider business.

Is this you? You are friendly and confident with an excellent telephone manner, keep calm under pressure, and want to learn new skills. You already have customer service experience, probably in a phone based role, and an inherent belief in delivering superb customer service and a great customer experience every time.
