About us: Newto Training is a leading training company based in the UK. Over the past three years, we have educated hundreds of students in Cyber Security, IT and data and equipped them with expert teaching from professionals, helped them to achieve certifications and jobs after completing their studies. With over 400 5* star reviews online, we have developed an excellent reputation within the industry (and have even won aCompTIA award). As a part of our growth, we are now looking to hire Career and Course Advisors to help expand our team of course advisors.
The Role:
Working as a Course and Career Advisor, you will be provided with inbound leads (individuals who have enquired about our career programmes). Your role and responsibilities will include and not be limited to:
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly outreach goals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Act as a consultant to prospective students by seeking to understand their needs
- Document details of each prospective student’s interactions in Hubspot to improve customer experience and to drive deal closure
About You:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working selling I.T. training courses or other training courses
- Experience working in a B2C sales environment
- Experience using CRM systems (preferably Hubspot, but training will be provided)
- Ability to motivate people
- A non-judgemental manner
- Analytical skills – including the ability to take someone’s interests, experiences and preferences alongside your knowledge and develop considered suggestions
