You will have the ability to work from home anywhere in the UK or from our London office.
Responsibilities:
- Own integrated marketing strategy for enterprise and strategic client partnerships, supporting Sales across the full pre-sale lifecycle.

- Act as the central marketing lead for complex, multi-platform RFPs and proactive proposals.
- RFP Strategy & Sales Proposal Leadership
- Own the end-to-end RFP and proposal process for B2B and brand partnerships, ensuring clarity, consistency, and on-time delivery.
- Lead RFP intake and kickoffs, aligning on objectives, audience, KPIs, scope, timelines, and decision criteria.
- Develop insight-led, differentiated partnership concepts that balance creativity, feasibility, and revenue impact.
- Partner closely with Sales, Editorial, Product, Research, Studio/Creative, and Ad Ops to scope solutions and confirm executional viability.
- Maintain a repeatable RFP workflow, including timelines, ownership, approvals, and version control.
- Build and maintain a scalable library of reusable RFP assets, including case studies, audience insights, proof points, and modular packaging language.
- Sales Enablement & Go-to-Market Execution
- Develop integrated sales materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, positioning frameworks, and custom client narratives.
- Ensure consistency and clarity across all sales-facing messaging, aligned to Newsweek’s go-to-market strategy.
- Proactively identify opportunities to evolve packaging, positioning, and storytelling based on sales feedback and market demand.
- Content Development & Thought Leadership
- Lead development of B2B content such as case studies, white papers, and thought leadership assets that support pre-sale and client retention.
- Establish clear frameworks for case studies that demonstrate performance, insight, and client value.
- Serve as a final reviewer for sales-facing content to ensure strategic alignment and executive polish.
- Campaign & Performance Support
- Partner with Sales on targeted B2B and account-based marketing initiatives that support pipeline development and renewals.
- Support campaign execution and measurement in HubSpot, including audience targeting, reporting, and optimization.
- Synthesize performance insights and feedback to inform future proposals and integrated strategies.
Requirements:
- Significant relevant experience in integrated marketing, sales enablement, commercial strategy, or brand partnerships.
- Proven experience leading complex RFPs, brand proposals, and pre-sale strategy for enterprise or strategic clients.
- Experience working with both major holding companies and independent ad agencies.
- Strong command of audience, research, and performance data, with the ability to translate insights into clear, compelling narratives.
- Ability to connect data, storytelling, and product offerings into commercially strong, client-facing solutions.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills, with experience developing executive-ready decks and proposals.
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Editorial, Research, Creative, and Ad Ops.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables at once.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, PowerPoint, Excel, and related marketing and presentation tools.
- Experience operating in a media, advertising, or complex B2B environment with multiple platforms and stakeholders, including both major and independent ad agencies.
