- Work closely with senior creatives, production designers, and technical teams to ensure visual consistency and feasibility across projects.
- Support internal and client-facing presentations by producing visuals that effectively communicate creative intent.
- Integrate AI-assisted tools where relevant to support ideation, generate variations, or enhance visual development workflows.
- Maintain a reference library and clear documentation of visual development to support production, marketing, and pitch materials.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 years education or professional experience in concept art, animation, computer-aided design or a related discipline.
- Strong traditional art skills: hand-sketching, sketch-to-final illustration, understanding of composition, lighting, perspective, colour, form.
- Proficiency in digital illustration / 2D tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Procreate) for concept art and visual development.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling/scene-building software (ideally Blender / or C4D, 3DS Max, Unreal Engine, etc.) to visualise environments and spatial layouts.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, with the ability to work across different styles, and adapt to creative briefs and direction.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, able to take feedback, work with cross-disciplinary teams, and articulate design ideas clearly.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to take initiative and contribute actively to a collaborative team.
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Flexible approach to work and willingness to assist the wider team when needed.
Additional Beneficial Skills

- Ability to create storyboarded narratives, visualising sequences of events or visitor experiences across a space.
- Proficiency in character design, including developing new distinctive characters – or mimicking existing IP.
- Ability to create animations, bringing visuals to life through motion and timing.
- Understanding of VR and how to visualise concepts or spatial experiences within immersive environments.
What We Offer

- A collaborative and interdisciplinary team with designers, technical staff and production leads.
- A role with both creative freedom and the discipline to deliver high-quality, production-ready concept art.
