NewStore is seeking a Solutions Architect to act as a trusted technical advisor to global retail brands as they transform their in‑store and omnichannel experiences. In this role, you will guide customers from initial discovery through solution design and delivery, helping them translate business goals into scalable, high‑quality technical architectures on the NewStore platform.
You will lead the technical direction of customer implementations, working closely with client technology teams, solution partners, and NewStore product and engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone with deep retail and commerce experience who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing technical decisions, and shaping solutions that scale globally.
This role is remote first and to be based in the UK.
