Hybrid Working: 4 days office/site-based, 1 day from home

The Role

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk reviewing policies all day. You'll be visible, influential and highly operational by partnering with senior leaders, site teams and contractors to drive a proactive safety culture across the business.

  • Leading Health & Safety strategy and compliance across multiple sites
  • Conducting audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
  • Driving behavioural safety initiatives and continuous improvement programmes
  • Managing ISO 45001 standards and supporting wider compliance activities
  • Delivering engaging training, toolbox talks and stakeholder coaching
  • Working closely with operational teams to identify risk and implement practical solutions
  • Managing contractor compliance and supporting occupational health initiatives

About You

  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Strong Health & Safety leadership experience within Facilities Management, Property, Building Services, Construction, Logistics, Manufacturing or similar operational environments
  • Commercially aware with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
  • Comfortable operating in lean, evolving organisations where agility is key
  • Excellent communicator with the credibility to influence at all levels
  • Hands-on, resilient and passionate about creating safer workplaces
