Drive the modernisation of a finance function and shape how finance supports the business. This is a senior transformation role partnering closely with the CFO, focused on systems, processes, data and insight as opposed to day to day accounting. You’ll enable a smarter, faster, digitally enabled finance function through influence and collaboration.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and deliver a finance transformation roadmap
- Simplify, standardise and automate core finance processes
- Strengthen reporting, forecasting and analytics capabilities
- Support and enhance FP&A planning and forecasting tools
- Act as a bridge between finance, operations and technology
- Drive adoption of digital tools, dashboards and workflow automation
What you’ll bring:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of finance systems, data flows and automation
- Hands-on experience supporting FP&A planning tools and models
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change through collaboration
- Commercial, strategic mindset with pragmatic delivery focus
