We're looking for a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to partner with the Change/Transformation & IT functions, providing the financial insight that supports major technology investment and transformation programmes.

This is far more than a reporting role. You'll work closely with senior Change, Technology and Finance leaders, helping to shape investment decisions, challenge spend, improve forecasting and ensure strategic initiatives deliver value.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with Change and IT leaders to provide financial support across technology and transformation portfolios
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and month-end performance analysis for Change and IT spend
  • Deliver meaningful insight into project investment, operating costs and resource planning
  • Challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities and influence financial decision-making
  • Produce high quality reporting and executive-ready presentations for senior leadership and governance forums
  • Monitor programme spend, benefits realisation and investment performance across key initiatives
  • Drive improvements to forecasting, reporting and financial processes through greater automation and standardisation
  • Act as a trusted finance partner, translating complex financial information into clear commercial recommendations

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Proven FP&A experience, ideally supporting Change Management functions
  • Strong planning, forecasting and financial analysis experience
  • Experience partnering with senior non-finance stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear, commercial way
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
  • Experience supporting large-scale change programmes or technology investment is highly desirable
