Reporting to the Financial Controller, with a clear, written succession plan to FC inside 18 months. Own the monthly close (target: working day 5) and produce the management accounts pack. Lead a team of three (Senior Finance Analyst, Finance Analyst, AP Lead). Manage the year-end audit process with the external auditors. Partner with the commercial team on the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts. Drive automation of the finance stack (Xero NetSuite migration starts Q2). Own regulatory financial reporting to the FCA.ACA / ACCA qualified, 2–4 years PQE. Audit-trained (Big 4 or top-10 firm). Strong technical accounting under IFRS. Experience in a high-growth fintech, SaaS or scale-up environment.
