You will be the right hand to the CFO and the commercial sparring partner to the category MDs.
Recruit and develop a team of three over 12 months (Senior FP&A Manager + 2 analysts).• Own the investment case for new market entry (Germany and the Nordics).• Requirements ESSENTIAL• Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA) OR ex-banking / strategy consulting with strong finance grounding.• Strong commercial storyteller — can translate numbers into clear strategic recommendations.• Experience selecting and implementing a modern planning tool.
