We’re seeking a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) to lead cost strategy and analytics across a complex, international organisation operating in a regulated, operationally intricate environment.
Reporting to the CFO, this senior role will shape and deliver Group wide cost optimisation, blending robust financial insight with pragmatic, business partnered execution.
What you’ll do
- Own and deliver the end to end cost strategy, identifying sustainable efficiency and value creation opportunities
- Lead cost analytics, forecasting and scenario modelling to support executive decision making
- Partner with senior leaders across multiple business units and locations to optimise resource allocation
- Challenge and improve existing cost structures, ways of working and operating models
- Translate financial insight into clear, actionable recommendations for the ExCo and Board
- Track, govern and report on cost initiatives, ensuring benefits are delivered and sustained
- Support change initiatives, transformations, or integrations where cost discipline is critical
