We're looking for an FP&A Analyst with Business Intelligence experience to join our Finance team. This role plays a vital part in driving data-led decision making by designing and maintaining impactful dashboards and reports.

The successful FP&A Analyst will focus on front-end dashboard design, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and the Business Intelligence team to ensure the data is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain user friendly dashboards in MicroStrategy

• Work with stakeholders to define and track relevant KPIs

• Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions

• Validate data accuracy and integrity by working closely with the BI team

• Promote self-serve reporting and champion BI engagement across the business
