We have a fantastic opportunity for a RICS qualified Surveyor with 1-2 years of commercial experience to join our growing Asset and Transaction Advisory team in London. While not essential, it would be desirable to be a Registered RICS Valuer.
Responsibilities
- Use your knowledge of lease renewals and rent reviews.
- Conduct rental and capital valuations.
- Prepare expert witness reports.
- Apply your understanding and knowledge of the retail market to support our clients and contribute to the team’s success.
Qualifications
- MRICS Registered RICS Valuer (Desirable / Not essential).
- Real estate professional with a minimum of 1-2 years’ post qualification experience transacting commercial property.
