We have a fantastic opportunity for a RICS qualified real estate professional with 3+ years of commercial experience to join our growing Asset and Transaction Advisory team in London as an Associate. In this role, you will own and manage specific client relationships, working principally within the retail and leisure sector. You will manage the entire end-to-end transaction processes, conduct appraisals and modelling of opportunities for clients, and source new opportunities. You will oversee and provide thorough, detail-oriented due diligence on investment transactions, while also providing support, mentorship, and supervision to junior team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquisitions and Disposals of Investments, Development Sites and Leasing and letting situation
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with customers/partners
  • Rental and Capital Valuations
  • Preparation of Investment Appraisals
  • Preparation of Development Appraisals
  • Cashflow modelling
  • Understanding and knowledge of the retail market

Qualifications:

  • MRICS Registered
  • RICS Valuer
  • Real estate professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience transacting commercial property
