We are recruiting for a Production Operative to work a rotating shift pattern, 8am to 8pm, 12-hour shift
Wk 1 Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday in. Wednesday and Thursday off
Wk 2 Wednesday, Thursday in. Monday, Tuesday, Friday Saturday, Sunday off
Duties:
- Erecting carboard cartons and attaching labels
- Carrying out quality inspections on products
- Stacking pallets with made up boxes
- Moving cartons and bulk bins to and from the machines
- Completing production sheet paperwork
- Maintenance of good housekeeping practices on production lines and within the factory
- Supporting the efficient running of the production line
- Ensure blenders/silos are kept filled with required materials
Requirements
- Be physically fit
- Able to read/write English and be numerically sound
- Come from a production or manufacturing background
- Able to stand on your feet for a 12-hour shift
- Been in a similar role before, Production or Manufacturing
