Newstaff Employment is recruiting for an experienced Secretary to work on a part time basis for our prestigious Luton based client. The requirement is for 3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9 am - 5.30 pm.
Main Tasks:
- Typing up documents as instructed by the department manager
- Liaising with colleagues as required both in person and on the phone
- All general admin and secretarial tasks
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years secretarial experience is required
- Secretarial experience within legal service and ideally within Private Client is desirable
- Must have strong typing skills (minimum 50 wpm)
- A good level of IT literacy is required
Salary: £26,000 pa to £27,500 pa (pro rata) + an excellent benefits package
