We are looking for a Store Person to work withing a Manufacturing Company based in Milton Keynes

- Monday to Thursday: 8:15am – 5:00pm
- 45-minute unpaid lunch break each day
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Stores Person to join our client’s team.
Reporting to the Stores Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials throughout the business.
You will support production operations, maintain stock accuracy, and help ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch & Production Support
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
- Ensure all dispatch documentation is completed correctly.
- Issue, receipt, and track job travellers.
- Support production and subcontract operations by maintaining efficient material flow.
- Daily Stores Operations
- Carry out stores activities safely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Receive, store, move, and handle materials in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain clean, organised, and well-presented stores areas.
- Follow established processes and standards consistently.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
- Goods Receipt & ERP Transactions
- Check and receipt incoming goods against purchase orders.
- Process ERP transactions accurately and in real time.
- Ensure stock records remain accurate and up to date.
- Support reliable business data and operational decision-making.
- Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy
- Store and label stock correctly to ensure easy identification and retrieval.
- Participate in cycle counting activities and promptly report discrepancies.
- Maintain high levels of stock and location accuracy.
- Help prevent negative or inaccurate stock balances.
