Newstaff Employment Services is looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing outstanding service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively. Your primary responsibilities will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relations with our customer base. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide information about products and services to customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally from an industrial customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain a calm demeanour.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
- Excellent PC skills, word and excel.
Benefits

- Hourly rate from £12.21 to £13.00 per hour depending on experience.
