Newstaff Employment Services is looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing outstanding service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively. - Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide information about products and services to customers.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience and suggest improvements.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally from an industrial customer service role.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
- Excellent PC skills, including Word and Excel.
Free onsite parking, weekly pay, accrued holiday and online pay slip, hourly rate from £12.21 to £13.00 per hour depending on experience. This is a temp to perm role after 8 weeks. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm with some flexibility.
