Newstaff Employment Services is looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing outstanding service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively.   • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Provide information about products and services to customers.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience and suggest improvements.

Previous experience in customer service is required, ideally from an industrial customer service role. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed, is also important. A positive attitude and a strong desire to help others are essential.

Excellent PC skills, including Word and Excel, are required. Free onsite parking, weekly pay, accrued holiday and online pay slip are provided. The hourly rate ranges from £12.21 to £13.00 per hour depending on experience. This is a temp to perm role after 8 weeks. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm with some flexibility.
