Newstaff Employment Services is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our client's dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead sales negotiations, manage client relationships, and contribute significantly to the company's sales growth.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing property sales on a high-value desk, from initial valuation through to completion, providing excellent customer service and professional advice to clients throughout the process. You will work closely with buyers, sellers, and other estate agency professionals to negotiate agreements that meet the needs of all parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and progress sales negotiations effectively from valuation to completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct property valuations and market appraisals.
  • Advertise properties and prepare marketing materials.
  • Coordinate viewings and follow up with prospective buyers.
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
  • Mentor and support junior negotiators as required.
Requirements
  • Senior level experience as a Sales Negotiator within the estate agency sector.
