Hemel Hempstead . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where your contribution will be valued.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately, helping to maintain smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and checking goods deliveries for accuracy and quality.
  • Packing and preparing orders for shipment according to specified instructions.
  • Organizing stock to ensure efficient warehouse layout and easy access.
  • Maintaining health and safety standards to provide a safe working environment.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
  • Assisting with stock takes and inventory control as directed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
  • Ability to undertake physical tasks including lifting and moving heavy items.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Must have own reliable transportation to Hemel Hempstead warehouse location.
  • Willingness to follow health and safety protocols.

You will be on a rota to work 5 days out of 7 over Monday to Friday extra hours as and when required
